POTOCO provides hardware maintenance to our customers’ critical systems. Covered by our hardware maintenance service, if the customers find there is a problem with the system they can contact POTOCO for troubleshooting and identify the cause of the problem. If the problem cannot be fixed through telephone or email, our engineers will visit customer site to examine and fix.
Once the hardware or a component, for example the power supply or hard disk, is certified as failed, it will trigger the Hardware Replacement process. POTOCO will ship the replacement item to the customer site, with the addition of an onsite engineer for parts replacement, installation and configuration restoration, and to resume the system to operate normally.

- 7 x 24, 4 hours response
- 8 x 5, 4 hours response
- 8 x 5, next business day response
